A lot of kids following me have gotten into medical and dental colleges and asked me for some tips so here you go.
– You are not in a school anymore no one will spoon feed you everything or punish you if you aren’t studying. If you lose focus you’ll fail.
– Understand how many subjects you got and which books are the best for them. Don’t just stick to one author. Keep a main book and a summary book for each subject.
– Don’t skip anatomy lectures or labs
– Study for the purpose of learning something not for the sake of passing
– Some seniors will make your life a living hell for you for the first 2,3 weeks but learn to ignore it. If they abuse you in some way or the ragging involves anything remotely sexual, report them to the higher authorities.
– If you revise your daily lectures for 1 hour daily, believe me you’ll never fail. Go for smart study and use YouTube, slideshare for help.
