There is no Return & Refund Policy. Exchange & Correction policy is possible only when. If:
a) The product is customized, and it has a spelling mistake at our end. If minor will be corrected on the same product if major the product will be exchanged.
b) The product is customized and has a size issue at our end which can be altered at your required sized it will be corrected (i.e you ordered Small size and we sent Medium size). If the size issue cannot be corrected (i.e you ordered Small size and we sent XS size) the product will be exchanged and a new product would be sent back in a period of 7 working days (Saturday & Sunday not included).
c) Product that has stains that cannot be removed by the customer will be sent back to our address, the stains will be removed and the same product will be sent back to the customer.
If any of the above issues arise the delivery charges will be bearable yourself.
