By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
1. Your Account
If you choose to create an account at this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name/number, password, ID, and any other details and for all activities under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account or other breaches of security should be reported to us. Your registration is personal to you and you may not disclose or make available your account name, ID or password to others. In case of hacking or breach of security of your account, Meduzo will not be responsible.
2. Privacy
We may need to know your information including but not limited to your name, address, and email address to provide you with information, reply to your queries, etc. We collect this information according to our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy.
3. Order
Once you place the order you will shortly receive an SMS & an email for your order confirmation. If you do not receive any of them kindly call/WhatsApp/Dm with our customer support. Once the order is placed it cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled in whatsoever situation.
4. Customization
Meduzo offers customization of products that are limited to embroidery only.
- The Embroidery is done exactly the same you have selected/designed/created in the customization section of the website or you have emailed a purchase order for corporate.
- Recheck Spellings, Font, Symbol, Capital & Small letters
- The colour for embroidery will be the same for the Name, Symbol & Additional lines.
- *Rs 100 WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA PER DESIGN, (mention below conditions in note section also contact CS via email)
- If you want embroidery on both sides.
- If you want embroidery of symbol that’s not in our design collection
- If you want customization that’s not in our website’s option or if you need your company logo to be embroidered (For corporate use only)

5. Delivery
a) 7 working days are the standard delivery time from the day you order. Saturdays & Sundays are not included in working days. Meduzo has shaken hands with Call Courier and PostEx, renowned courier companies for deliveries within Karachi and for all over Pakistan. The Charges for delivery within Karachi are Rs 200 & out of the city are Rs 250.
– Our standard delivery time is 7 working days (Mon-Fri).
– If you select same day dispatching (without embroidery) Delivery time for KHI 24 hours and Out of City 48-72 hours.
– Please note that orders placed before 4 PM will be considered in same day dispatching. Orders placed after 4 PM will be considered on next day.
b) The international shipments will be delivered by Pakistan Post, Leopards, DHL, or any other internationally operated courier service. The Charges for international deliveries vary by country, weight & volume.
- On orders above the value of Rs.7,000, we will need an advance payment of a minimum of 50% either by Cash in Hands (for KHI only), online transfer into our easy paisa, or Jazz cash accounts. The customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
- Meduzo has the right to change the delivery charges if the charges are increased from the courier’s side.
6. Return, Refund, Exchange & Correction Policy.
There is no Return & Refund Policy. Exchange & Correction policy is possible only when. If:
a) The product is customized, and it has a spelling mistake at our end. If minor will be corrected on the same product if major the product will be exchanged.
b) The product is customized and has a size issue at our end which can be altered at your required sized it will be corrected (i.e you ordered S size and we sent Medium size). If the size issue cannot be corrected (i.e you ordered S size and we sent XS size) the product will be exchanged and a new product would be sent back in a period of 7 working days (Saturday & Sunday not included).
c) Product that has stains that cannot be removed by the customer will be sent back to our address, the stains will be removed and the same product will be sent back to the customer.
If any of the above issues arise the delivery charges will be bearable yourself.
7. Payments.
On orders above PKR 7,000/- 50% Advance payment is necessary to proceed the order
Meduzo offers Cash on Delivery & Online Bank Transfer facility for individual customers and corporates in Pakistan only. The parcel is handed over after the bill is paid at the time of delivery (COD) whereas in Online Funds Transfers the payment is done prior to receiving the order. Until the payment is not transferred the order remain on hold (online funds transfer). If you are ordering internationally or need a Non- COD delivery, right after booking the order you have to pay the bill online via Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Western Union for international orders else order will not be processed further. 8. Product Satisfaction
All the products shown on our website are original. The high definition pictures of products show their quality which can be understood by seeing them on the website. If any product you ordered is different in style, color, or customized not according to the one you ordered see point no. 6 Return, Refund, Exchange & Correction policy.
9. Corporate Dealing
- The corporate dealing is made by our Sr. Team member via Meetings, Emails & Calls.
- The Quotation & Invoice of goods will be shared only if the concerned person of the party reaches us with an official email address or number.
- The Purchase Order will be confirmed on the letterhead of the company with the Verified signature & Stamp.
- On orders above the value of Rs.10,000/- An advance payment of a minimum of 25% either by Cash in Hands (for KHI only), Online transfer into our Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash. The client will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
10. Plagiarism
We have our specialized department who looks after the scammers, who sell an exact copy of our products and sell with any other name or use Meduzo’s name for selling pirated products. If anyone found guilty will face consequences according to the law of court.
11. Comments and Reviews
You may post comments in the comment area and/or product reviews on this website so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, etc. Your comment/review will be shown on the website along with your name. We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.
12. Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service
13. International Use
If you access this website from locations outside Pakistan it is your initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

This Agreement and the operation of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising in connection with this Agreement and the agreed place of performance of this Agreement is Pakistan.
